Role Overview:
The Junior Warehouse Executive will actively support warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, stock management, and returns processing. The role involves hands-on execution, coordination with other departments, and contribution to operational efficiency, under the guidance of senior warehouse staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Picking & Packing
- Pick and pack orders accurately as per system instructions.
- Ensure correct labeling, packaging, and dispatch readiness.
- Logistics Coordination & Tracking
- Track shipments and update status in the system.
- Assist in scheduling pickups and deliveries with logistics partners.
- Inward & GRC Support
- Receive inward shipments and verify quantities and quality.
- Assist in Goods Receipt Confirmation (GRC) and maintain accurate system records.
- Inventory Management
- Support daily stock updates, periodic verification, and basic ABC categorization.
- Assist in maintaining warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
- Returns & Reverse Logistics
- Help process returned items, including re-tagging, QC checks, and restocking.
- Track saleable and non-saleable inventory accurately.
- Customer & Team Support
- Coordinate with customer service team for order-related queries or status updates.
- Support senior warehouse staff in training new or junior colleagues.
- Process Compliance & Improvement
- Follow warehouse SOPs, safety standards, and operational instructions.
- Suggest small improvements for operational efficiency under supervision.
- Documentation & Reporting Support
- Maintain daily logs and assist in simple reporting tasks for inventory and orders.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, supply chain, or operations (fashion/e-commerce preferred).
- Basic knowledge of ERP/WMS systems, barcode scanning, and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good coordination, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to operational excellence.

- Support in returns and reverse logistics efficiency
Work Schedule:
- Full-time on-site role in Kolkata
- 6-day working week with shift-based operational requirements
