We are hiring In-House Delivery Executives who will represent SEVORA with precision, composure, and respect at every customer doorstep.
Key Responsibilities

Execute 60-minute express deliveries and same-day / next-day scheduled deliveries

Ensure safe handling and timely delivery of premium fashion & lifestyle products

Act as a brand ambassador, representing SEVORA at customer locations

Communicate clearly with customers regarding delivery timelines or updates

Maintain high grooming, etiquette, and professionalism standards

Update delivery status in real time using SEVORA’s delivery system

Perform OTP / proof-of-delivery verification where required
-
Handle COD or digital payments securely (if applicable)

Strictly follow delivery, safety, and return SOPs

Ensure delivery completion within defined SLAs
Who We’re Looking For

Strong communication skills in Hindi and Bengali

Comfortable understanding and speaking English

Calm, polite, and confident in customer interactions

Well-groomed, disciplined, and punctual professionals

Ability to work efficiently in time-sensitive environments

Prior experience in delivery, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is a plus
Requirements

Valid driving licence (2-wheeler or 4-wheeler)

Own 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler in good working condition

Smartphone with reliable internet access

Clean background verification

Willingness to follow strict time and quality standards
Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹28,000 per month

Performance Bonus: ₹5,000 – ₹15,000
(Quality, punctuality & SLA-based) -
Fuel Reimbursement: Per KM (including wear & tear)
