Last Updated: October 6, 2026
Organised by Sevora Technologies Private Limited, Kolkata, West Bengal
1. ORGANISER AND ACCEPTANCE
1.1 The “Subho Saradiya” contest (the Contest) is organised by Sevora Technologies Private Limited, having its registered office at Mani Casadona, 10W3 West Tower-11F, 04, Street Number 372, Action Area, New Town, Kolkata, West Bengal, PIN – 700160 (the Organiser), and is run on https://sevora.com (the Platform).
1.2 By registering, an entrant confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions (the Terms). A person who does not accept them must not register.
2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
2.1 Free to enter. Registration is free. No payment, purchase, minimum order value, subscription or other consideration is required to enter, and none will be accepted or counted towards entry.
2.2 No advantage from buying. Purchasing on the Platform does not improve an entrant’s chance of selection. Every valid entry is assessed on the same basis, set out in clause 6.
2.3 Selected on merit. Winners are selected by a panel appointed by the Organiser, on the merits of each entrant’s answer to the question “Why do you want to gift this person?” (the story behind the nomination).
3. ELIGIBILITY
3.1 The Contest is open to individuals who (a) are 18 years of age or older; (b) are resident in Kolkata at a verifiable address; and (c) hold a valid Permanent Account Number (PAN), which will be asked for from selected winners only.
3.2 The following are not eligible: directors, employees and consultants of the Organiser and its group companies; its advertising, promotion and technology agencies; and the spouse, parents, children and siblings of any such person.
3.3 One entry per person. Each entry must use a unique mobile number and email address.
3.4 The Organiser may ask for proof of age, identity and residence at any stage. Failure to provide it, or a mismatch with the details registered, results in disqualification.
4. CONTEST PERIOD
4.1 Registration opens on 7 October 2026 and closes on 11 November 2026 at [time] IST (the Registration Period). Registrations after closing are not accepted.
4.2 The winners will be announced on 15 October 2026. All requests relating to the Prize will be closed by 18 October 2026 at the latest.
4.3 The Organiser may extend the Registration Period by notice on the Platform. It will not shorten it once registration has opened.
5. HOW TO REGISTER
5.1 Register on the Platform by completing the registration form, which asks for: (a) about the entrant: full name, email address, phone / WhatsApp number, age, area / PIN code and occupation; (b) about the person the entrant wishes to gift (the proposed Recipient): name, the entrant’s relationship with them, gender, age, the reasons for the nomination (why the entrant wants to surprise them this Puja) and, optionally, Instagram and Facebook profile links; and (c) three confirmations: that the entrant is 18 or older and lives in Kolkata, that the entrant accepts these Terms and the Privacy Policy, and that the entrant agrees to be contacted by the Organiser about participation in the contest.
5.2 A separate privacy notice is shown at registration. Receiving marketing messages is optional and is not a condition of entry (see clause 12).
5.3 Entries made by bots, scripts, bulk or automated means, through multiple accounts, or with false or borrowed details are invalid.
5.4 The Organiser is not responsible for entries that are late, lost, incomplete or not received because of technical failure.
6. SELECTION OF WINNERS
6.1 Five (5) winners will be selected from all valid entries received in the Registration Period by a selection panel appointed by the Organiser (the Panel). The Panel will assess each entrant’s answer to the question “Why do you want to gift this person?”, being the story behind the nomination, against these criteria: sincerity, clarity and originality of the story.
6.2 The list of valid entries is frozen at close of registration. The Panel records how each winner was chosen, against the criteria in clause 6.1. The record is retained by the Organiser.
6.3 Two (2) reserve entrants will be selected by the Panel at the same time, in order of merit, to replace a winner who is disqualified or does not claim.
6.4 Winners only are contacted. Only the selected winners will be contacted. Entrants who are not selected will not be notified, and the Organiser is not required to give reasons or correspond about the outcome.
6.5 Subject to applicable law, the Panel’s decision is final.
7. PRIZE
7.1 Each winner receives a shopping entitlement of ₹20,000 (Rupees Twenty Thousand) inclusive of all applicable taxes (the Prize), redeemable only on eligible outfits and products on the Platform and to be used as a gift under clause 8.
7.2 Valuation. The Prize is calculated on the MRP (maximum retail price, inclusive of all applicable taxes) of the products, and not on any selling or discounted price.
7.3 No cash. The Prize is not redeemable for cash. No cash or other alternative will be offered, and no part of the Prize can be encashed or refunded in cash.
7.4 Eligible brands and products only. Not every brand or product on the Platform is eligible. The eligible brands are listed in Schedule A. The Prize cannot be used on anything outside that list. The Organiser may update the list by notice on the Platform. Products are subject to availability.
7.5 Use. The Prize may be used in up to four (4) orders placed within the prescribed timeline. The unused balance lapses and is not extended, carried forward or refunded. Any amount above the effective Prize value stated in clause 10.1 must be paid by the person placing the order.
7.6 Delivery. Delivery to the Recipient’s address within Kolkata, West Bengal is free of charge.
7.7 Returns. The Platform’s returns and exchange policy applies. Any refund on a returned item is credited back to the Prize balance and never paid in cash. Product warranties are given by the relevant brand.
7.8 The Prize cannot be sold, bartered or transferred, except by nomination of a Recipient under clause 8.
8. GIFTING TO A NOMINATED RECIPIENT
8.1 Each winner may nominate one (1) person (the Recipient) to receive the products bought with the Prize. The winner remains the winner of the Prize for all purposes, including tax.
8.2 The winner nominates the Recipient by completing the Nomination Form, giving the Recipient’s name, delivery address, contact number and relationship to the winner. The nomination cannot be changed after the first order is placed.
8.3 By nominating, the winner confirms that they have the Recipient’s permission to share these details for the purpose of delivering a gift.
8.4 The Recipient’s details are used only to deliver the gift and communicate about that delivery. They are not used for marketing and are kept only for as long as applicable law requires.
8.5 Recipients under 18. A person under 18 years of age cannot be nominated as a Recipient.
8.6 The Organiser is not liable if the Recipient is unavailable, gives an incorrect address, or does not like the products. Products can be exchanged for size only, not for a different product.
8.7 The parcel will carry sender details.
9. CLAIMING THE PRIZE
9.1 The Organiser will contact each winner on the mobile number and email registered, within 2-3 days of the announcement. Two attempts will be made.
9.2 Within 24 hours of being contacted, the winner must provide: (a) a government photo ID and proof of residence; (b) PAN; (c) the signed Winner Declaration; and (d) the completed Nomination Form.
9.3 A winner who does not respond or comply in time forfeits the Prize. The Organiser may then award it to a reserve entrant or withdraw it, and owes no compensation.
9.4 The Prize is released only after verification and compliance with clause 10.
10. TAX
10.1 The Prize value of ₹20,000 is the gross amount, inclusive of tax at 30%. The Organiser pays the tax of ₹4,615, deducted at source, out of that amount. The Recipient therefore receives products worth ₹15,385 (the effective Prize value).
10.2 Each winner must give a valid PAN.
10.3 The Prize is released only after the tax has been paid or deposited as required by law. The Organiser will issue a TDS certificate where applicable, and the winner is responsible for their own tax returns.
11. DISQUALIFICATION
11.1 The Organiser may disqualify an entrant, and withdraw a Prize already awarded, if the entrant: gives false or incomplete information; is ineligible; registers more than once; uses automated means; tampers with the Platform or the selection; or breaches these Terms.

Why: to run the Contest, verify eligibility, assess the nominations and select the winners, deliver the Prize, comply with tax and other legal obligations, and handle grievances.
12.3 Marketing messages are sent only to entrants who opt in separately. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
12.4 A winner’s name, photograph or city is published only with the winner’s separate, optional consent. Refusing does not affect the Prize.
12.5 Registration is open to persons aged 18 and above only. The Organiser does not knowingly collect data directly from anyone under 18.
12.6 Entrants may seek access, correction or erasure of their data, or withdraw consent, by writing to the Grievance Officer under clause 16.
12.7 Data is kept after the Contest ends only for as long as applicable law requires, for example tax records. Data of entrants who are not selected, and of the proposed Recipients they named, is deleted in full once the selection is complete.

14.2 Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law or affects any right an entrant has under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
15. CHANGES, SUSPENSION AND CANCELLATION
15.1 The Organiser may change, suspend or cancel the Contest if there is fraud, technical failure, a legal or regulatory requirement, or an event beyond its control. Any change is published on the Platform and applies from publication.
